And even if you aren't physically active with your kids sometimes, i.e. reading a book or playing a board game, these times too are precious.  They grow so fast (speaking from experience) so enjoy while you can. I was overseas to study abroad my senior year in college, I neglected sunscreen on those glorious greek beaches and when I came back paid my annual visit to the dermatologist. Guess what?! PRE CANCER I had to have a spot frozen off and 2 moles removed and another biopsied.
